Courtney Ferrell MSN, APRN, AGNP-C is a certified nurse injector who trained for two years under Dr. Feldman, the founder of Truffles Medispa, now Truffles Aesthetics, and Michelle Ferrell RN, Master Injector and ACE Allergan Trainer, while finishing her master’s degree. Courtney is highly trained in both Allergan and Galderma products. She is a skilled injector who loves using her creative eye to curate a personalized treatment plan for a youthful rejuvenated look. Her training and experience in injectable treatments provide her with a well-rounded base of knowledge as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.

Maggie Schreck, PA-C is a highly-skilled and sought-after injector treating patients in the Buckhead location of Truffles Aesthetics. Maggie is an injector trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic, the Juvederm portfolio, and Kybella. Maggie is also one of the very few injectors who trains physicians and other practitioners throughout the State of Georgia in the use of Sculptra Aesthetic for both the face and body. With more than twelve years of injectable experience, Maggie specializes in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Rejuvenation. She is a true artist who loves working with patients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. She is known for her excellent bedside manner, exceptional patient care, and innovative treatments that cannot be found at other practices. Maggie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts from Miami University of Ohio and her Physician Assistant degree from Yale University. In addition to her extensive experience as an injector, Maggie has worked in the field of plastic surgery since 2007 assisting in surgery, preoperative care, and postoperative care. Maggie is a native of upstate New York and lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.

Mitzi Cross, FNP-C is joining Truffles Aesthetics as the newest addition to our talented team of aesthetic injectors. Mitzi obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the Medical College of Georgia in 2015. Mitzi worked as a bedside critical care nurse for 6 years where she gained invaluable experience and honed her clinical skills. During her time working, Mitzi completed her Masters in Nursing at Georgia State University, where she specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Although her work as a nurse brought her fulfillment, Mitzi desired to explore different avenues of patient care. She recognized her potential to enhance patients’ confidence and well-being and developed an interest in the field of aesthetic medicine. Her empathetic nature combined with her eagerness for mastering the latest techniques have allowed Mitzi to build a loyal following of satisfied patients who trust her to enhance their natural beauty. With her attention to detail, artistic vision, and commitment to delivering outstanding results, we are confident that Mitzi will meet all of your aesthetic needs.

In her free time, Mitzi loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs, watching reality TV or reading on her kindle.

Meet Madeline Riceman, RN, the newest member of our Truffles Aesthetics family in Fayetteville. With a background rooted in compassion and skill, Madeline brings a fresh perspective to the aesthetic experience.

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, Madeline’s journey began with a commitment to healing and care. Her tenure in healthcare cultivated a deep understanding of patient needs and a dedication to excellence. But it was her passion for beauty, discovered through her work as a makeup artist, that set her on a new trajectory.

Juggling her roles as a nurse and makeup artist, Madeline discovered the intersection of healthcare and aesthetics. This realization ignited a desire to explore this dynamic field further, leading her to join our Truffles Aesthetics team. Under the guidance of Michelle Ferrell-Feldman, Madeline underwent rigorous training, refining her techniques and expanding her expertise.

Now, armed with a blend of medical proficiency and artistic vision, Madeline is ready to embark on the chapter as an aesthetic injector. Whether it’s enhancing natural features or restoring youthfulness, Madeline’s personalized approach ensures each client feels empowered and rejuvenated.

Jolene West joined Truffles Medispa as Lead Aesthetician. She is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician, certified in Advanced Clinical Aesthetics, and is an Oncology Trained Esthetician. She is also a Licensed Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner, a Certified Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, and Reiki Level II Practitioner. One of Jolene’s favorite quotes is by the prominent Victorian novelist George Eliot: “It is never too late to be what you might have been.”

After a fulfilling career with Delta Air Lines Jolene traded in her wings to revisit what she started many years ago. As a baby boomer herself she relates to the issues of aging skin and prides herself in keeping up with the most advanced facial techniques and latest skin care procedures. Jolene has advanced training certificates in Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy), CoolSculpting, Body Contouring, Chemical Peels, and more. Her love for this industry carried over into the classroom where she taught Esthetics to future Estheticians for over 5 years.

The aesthetic industry is her passion, and she takes into consideration understanding the “whole” person so she can provide the perfect environment to stimulate mind-body wellbeing along with taking care of any skincare concerns.

All that being said, she has to say her greatest achievement is being married to the love of her life for over 4 decades, raising 3 amazing kids, and being called ‘Nana’ by her fabulous grandkids, where hugs are always welcomed!

Sarah is a proud Texan born and raised with a driven passion for helping others achieve not only healthy, beautiful skin, but in return boost their inner self confidence. Her motto has always been “beauty is more than skin deep”.

Sarah graduated as a Licensed Aesthetician from Georgia Career Institute in 2005 and has many years of experience. She has spent the last 16+ years working as a Medical Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner in Dermatology. She has been honored to work under some of Atlanta’s top Dermatologists and work alongside some of the best Aestheticians in the field. Her skills and knowledge include specializing in top modalities and lasers in the industry.

Sarah was also honored to be nominated and win Best Facial in Atlanta by Best Self Magazine in 2006. However, if asked, she maintains one of her greatest successes in her life has been being a mother to her twin girls.

Jessica is a Licensed Esthetician (LE), Licensed Assistant Laser Practitioner (LALP) and Licensed Phlebotomist (LP) in our Buckhead location. She graduated from West Georgia Technical College and is devoted to continuing education and enhancing her aesthetic skills.

Her interest and love for skin began as a professional makeup artist. She soon realized how important having healthy skin is, and the difference it makes when applying makeup. Proper care translated into minimal cosmetic product use, beautiful makeup application, and a person whose natural beauty radiates from the inside out. Thus, applying make up for highlighting one’s assets rather than hiding imperfections.

Jessica’s compassionate character and fondness for establishing relationships with her clients ensures the best treatments for each individual’s skin type. She is excited to help her clients change and improve their appearance and looks forward to their next visit as an exciting step on their path to healthy, beautiful skin.

Ellie Terwilleger comes to us from Chattanooga, TN and works in our Buckhead and Fayetteville locations. Prior to her Med-Spa career Ellie worked her way up to assistant manager of Bare Minerals for four years while attending college. Her love of makeup and skin care started there. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in “Child and Family Studies” Ellie realized what she really wanted to do was to help others enhance their skin, she then went back to school and graduated from the Chattanooga College of Cosmetology. She has been a Licensed Esthetician (LE), Licensed Cosmetic Assistant Laser Practitioner (LALP), and Licensed Phlebotomist (LP) for well over two years.

As someone who prides themself in keeping up with the latest in technology Ellie is highly skilled in the art and science of rejuvenating the appearance of each individual’s skin. She is passionate about establishing relationships with all her patients/clients. Some of Ellie’s favorite treatments are Microneedling, IPL (Photofacial), and HydraFacial due to positive results they deliver.

In her spare time Ellie loves being with family and friends and spending time outdoors.

Debra West graduated from the Atlanta school of Massage in Dunwoody, GA July 2009. That same year she became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and received her license from the State of Georgia for Massage. She currently has certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish and Deep tissue Therapy, Seated Massage, Reflexology and Spa Therapies from ASM. She continues taking education courses, the most recent being Tian Di Bamboo Massage, to stay up to date on all the new and exciting forms of massage therapy. Debbie has been working in the fitness, health, and wellness industries for over 35 years. She has been a Massage Therapist in the McDonough area for the past five years.
