Jessica Kenyon, FNP, brings a wealth of medical expertise and a passion for aesthetic medicine to Truffles Aesthetics Alpharetta. With a strong foundation in critical care nursing and advanced training in injectables, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through personalized treatment plans.

Jessica began her medical career in pediatric critical care nursing, spending eight years honing her precision and patient-centered approach. Her passion for aesthetics led her to pursue advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and expand her expertise in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, injectables, and wellness treatments.

She focuses on medically supervised weight loss through GLP-1 therapy, which helps patients achieve sustainable health goals by providing a safe, effective, and personalized approach to weight management.

Jessica is committed to ongoing education and remains at the forefront of aesthetic advancements to ensure the highest level of care. She believes in enhancing natural beauty while maintaining facial harmony, providing patients with results that look refreshed, not overdone.

Jessica has completed advanced training and certification in evidence-based weight management and obesity treatment through Harvard Medical School.

Nicole is a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical foundation rooted in evidence-based care and patient safety, having trained at the University of Florida and the University of North Florida. She began her career at Emory before spending four years in New York City specializing in dermatology, where she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of skin conditions and advanced skincare protocols.

She later completed over two years of advanced training in aesthetic injectables, refining her technique and developing a keen eye for facial anatomy, balance, and natural-looking results.

Since joining Truffles Aesthetics in 2026, Nicole has been known for her thoughtful, personalized approach to patient care. She specializes in facial balancing, skin health, and rejuvenation, creating customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals and long-term skin health.

Nicole is passionate about patient education and believes that informed patients feel more confident in their aesthetic journey. Her attention to detail and commitment to subtle, refined outcomes help patients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

Maral is a licensed aesthetician driven by a commitment to restoring comfort and confidence through skin health. She believes that radiant, healthy skin starts with intentional, personalized care and she brings that philosophy into every treatment.

With a focus on balance and simplicity, Maral designs skincare plans tailored to each client’s goals, whether that means calming sensitivity, improving skin clarity, or refining overall tone and texture. Her approach is grounded in long-term skin vitality, combining results-driven techniques with a deep understanding of skin biology and product chemistry. She brings a studied curiosity to her work, blending evidence-based technique with an ongoing obsession for how skin behaves beneath the surface.

Maggie Schreck, PA-C is a highly-skilled and sought-after injector treating patients in the Buckhead location of Truffles Aesthetics. Maggie is an injector trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic, the Juvederm portfolio, and Kybella. Maggie is also one of the very few injectors who trains physicians and other practitioners throughout the State of Georgia in the use of Sculptra Aesthetic for both the face and body. With more than twelve years of injectable experience, Maggie specializes in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Rejuvenation. She is a true artist who loves working with patients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. She is known for her excellent bedside manner, exceptional patient care, and innovative treatments that cannot be found at other practices. Maggie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts from Miami University of Ohio and her Physician Assistant degree from Yale University. In addition to her extensive experience as an injector, Maggie has worked in the field of plastic surgery since 2007 assisting in surgery, preoperative care, and postoperative care. Maggie is a native of upstate New York and lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.

Erin has always been passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin. With over two decades in aesthetics, she believes beautiful skin is created through knowledge, trust, and a personalized approach — never a one-size-fits-all treatment.

Erin began her journey in aesthetics more than 20 years ago and has since developed a deep specialization in laser technology, particularly in emerging and advanced modalities. She has built a reputation for blending artistry with science — combining her treatment skillset with multiple laser platforms to create customized, highly effective results for each patient she treats.

Throughout her career, Erin has worked alongside industry leaders and continues to stay at the forefront of innovation by teaching other providers and trainers through her company, EnlightenU. Her passion for education stems from gratitude for the technologies she works with daily, and from a genuine desire to help others master and elevate their craft.

While Erin is known for her expertise with lasers and skin health, her patients value her most for the way she listens, personalizes every treatment, and makes them feel cared for every step of the way.

Julie Scurry, MSN, APRN, AGNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in Fayette County, she is proud to serve the community she calls home.

Julie began her medical career at Emory University Hospital, where she spent 12 years in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Inspired to pursue her passion for aesthetics, she earned her Master’s degree as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, expanding her expertise in facial anatomy, balance, and rejuvenation.

Her passion for aesthetic medicine allows her to combine a creative eye with clinical precision, blending the art and science of medicine to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Through the opportunity to train under Michelle Feldman, Truffles’ Master Injector and Allergan Consultant, Julie gained hands-on experience with advanced, industry-leading injection techniques.

Julie specializes in aesthetic injectables and procedures, helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves while achieving their individual aesthetic goals. She is deeply committed to patient advocacy and believes every treatment begins with listening carefully, educating her patients, and creating a personalized plan designed to achieve the best possible outcome.

Jolene West joined Truffles Medispa as Lead Aesthetician. She is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician, certified in Advanced Clinical Aesthetics, and is an Oncology Trained Esthetician. She is also a Licensed Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner, a Certified Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, and Reiki Level II Practitioner. One of Jolene’s favorite quotes is by the prominent Victorian novelist George Eliot: “It is never too late to be what you might have been.”

After a fulfilling career with Delta Air Lines Jolene traded in her wings to revisit what she started many years ago. As a baby boomer herself she relates to the issues of aging skin and prides herself in keeping up with the most advanced facial techniques and latest skin care procedures. Jolene has advanced training certificates in Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy), CoolSculpting, Body Contouring, Chemical Peels, and more. Her love for this industry carried over into the classroom where she taught Esthetics to future Estheticians for over 5 years.

The aesthetic industry is her passion, and she takes into consideration understanding the “whole” person so she can provide the perfect environment to stimulate mind-body wellbeing along with taking care of any skincare concerns.

All that being said, she has to say her greatest achievement is being married to the love of her life for over 4 decades, raising 3 amazing kids, and being called ‘Nana’ by her fabulous grandkids, where hugs are always welcomed!

Melissa Singleton, PA-C brings extensive medical and aesthetic expertise to Truffles Aesthetics. With over 15 years in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, Melissa is dedicated to helping patients achieve balanced, natural-looking results through personalized and thoughtful treatment plans.

Melissa’s career spans advanced cosmetic and medical dermatology, where precision and patient care have always been her foundation. Her passion for aesthetics led her to specialize in injectable treatments, where she now combines her deep clinical experience with an artistic approach to facial rejuvenation and enhancement.

As a national Galderma Aesthetic Trainer and member of Galderma’s Global Advisory Board for novice injector education, Melissa has trained hundreds of healthcare providers across the country in safe, advanced injection techniques. She also founded Aesthetics HQ—a platform committed to elevating injector skills industry-wide.

Melissa earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine and served in academic medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor, shaping future clinician leaders. Her patients appreciate her focus on skin health, natural aesthetics, and tailored care that supports confidence and long-term beauty.

Stephanie Shockey, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic medicine.

Stephanie specializes in creating customized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty while delivering safe, beautiful, and long-lasting results. She has extensive training in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP and regenerative therapies, biostimulators, laser resurfacing (Moxi, HALO, ProFractional, and Contour TRL), light-based therapies, hyperhidrosis treatment, and women’s wellness procedures.

Her diverse medical background provides a strong clinical foundation that allows her to approach every treatment with precision, safety, and an evidence-based perspective. Stephanie combines advanced technical skill with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, taking the time to understand each individual’s goals and develop personalized treatment plans that deliver natural, confidence-boosting results.

Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Associate Degree in Nursing. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintains advanced certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Known for her compassionate care, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to continuing education, Stephanie is dedicated to helping every patient achieve refreshed, balanced results while feeling informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Courtney Ferrell MSN, APRN, AGNP-C is a certified nurse injector who trained for two years under Dr. Feldman, the founder of Truffles Medispa, now Truffles Aesthetics, and Michelle Ferrell RN, Master Injector and ACE Allergan Trainer, while finishing her master’s degree. Courtney is highly trained in both Allergan and Galderma products. She is a skilled injector who loves using her creative eye to curate a personalized treatment plan for a youthful rejuvenated look. Her training and experience in injectable treatments provide her with a well-rounded base of knowledge as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.

Sarah is a proud Texan born and raised with a driven passion for helping others achieve not only healthy, beautiful skin, but in return boost their inner self confidence. Her motto has always been “beauty is more than skin deep”.

Sarah graduated as a Licensed Aesthetician from Georgia Career Institute in 2005 and has many years of experience. She has spent the last 16+ years working as a Medical Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner in Dermatology. She has been honored to work under some of Atlanta’s top Dermatologists and work alongside some of the best Aestheticians in the field. Her skills and knowledge include specializing in top modalities and lasers in the industry.

Sarah was also honored to be nominated and win Best Facial in Atlanta by Best Self Magazine in 2006. However, if asked, she maintains one of her greatest successes in her life has been being a mother to her twin girls.

Debra West graduated from the Atlanta school of Massage in Dunwoody, GA July 2009. That same year she became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and received her license from the State of Georgia for Massage. She currently has certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish and Deep tissue Therapy, Seated Massage, Reflexology and Spa Therapies from ASM. She continues taking education courses, the most recent being Tian Di Bamboo Massage, to stay up to date on all the new and exciting forms of massage therapy. Debbie has been working in the fitness, health, and wellness industries for over 35 years. She has been a Massage Therapist in the McDonough area for the past five years.

Meet Madeline Riceman, RN, whose unique blend of nursing expertise and artistic vision allows her to deliver aesthetic treatments that are both precise and beautifully personalized.

Madeline began her nursing career in Labor and Delivery, where she developed a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Alongside nursing, she pursued her passion for beauty as a professional makeup artist, cultivating an eye for facial balance, symmetry, and natural enhancement.

Inspired by the intersection of medicine and aesthetics, Madeline expanded her expertise through advanced injector training under the mentorship of Michelle Ferrell-Feldman. This intensive training refined her techniques and strengthened her ability to deliver customized treatments with confidence and precision.

Today, Madeline combines her clinical knowledge with an artistic approach to help patients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance their unique features. Whether restoring volume, softening signs of aging, or creating subtle facial balance, she is dedicated to helping every patient feel confident, empowered, and like the best version of themselves.
